Techno Syn Industry Sdn Bhd is a local manufacturing company in Malaysia. It was established as family business in year 2009 by Mr. Ng Soon Yew. With an expansion plan moving forward and GST policies, Technoplas Trading name was changed to Techno Syn Industry Sdn. Bhd on January 2015. It is located at Puchong, Selangor Darul Ehsan.
The firm is involved in the manufacturing of cable clip, plastic wiring accessories and electrical products such as conceal box, nutbox, socket, spring clip, junction box, fan bush,fan block and earth chamber. Techno Syn distributes and supplies their products to various trading companies in West and East Malaysia.
Mission of Techno Syn is to be a well-known of plastic wiring accessories and electrical products manufacturer in Malaysia. Techno Syn’s main concerns are in cost effectiveness, efficiency and quality. Techno Syn’s main suppliers are Lotte Chemical Titan Holding Sdn. Bhd. and Toray Plastics (Malaysia) Sdn Bhd. Currently, there are 10 well-trained staffs in Techno Syn.
2.0 Production Process
2.1 Process Strategy- Product focused strategy
Process strategy was defined as an organization’s approach to transforming resources which are inputs into the goods and services which also known as output (Heizer, J. & Render, B, 2013). Every organization allocate specific type of process strategy for the purpose of producing products that’s meets customer needs and wants within certain cost and marginal constraints.
