National Novel Writing Month of November and Script Frenzy in June

 http://www.nanowrimo.org/

Tis the time of year again, good folk ~ I strongly recommend this event, which is held every November, as a good place to start writing that Novel, the challenge keeps the adrenalin running, and there is no such thing as a "wrong" word or awful story.  It is about putting the word on the page and achieving something, however, whatever... no internal critic or editor.

Hope to meet you there this year signing has commenced... my screen name is Phethean, so link with me...

In the meantime read about it and prepare by reading Chris Baty's excellent book, which contains useful tips and pointers for writers - whatever time of the year !!
